Registration

Registration for the jazz workshop is fast and easy.

Registration fee - due immediately via credit card or personal check: $100

You or your student's reservation is not saved until reception of this fee. It is non-refundable. 

There is a limitation on the number of musicians accepted depending on instrument. A full-list will be provided below. Please view it before registering. If we've reached a limit on your instrument, we will place you on a waiting list and contact you when a space opens. If you want to ensure your participation in this year's workshop, register ASAP!

Besides paying your registration fee, you (or parent) must complete a registration form. This is critical to your placement. This will take 10 to 15 minutes. Please be thorough in your answers. 

After receiving confirmation to your provided email, please immediately place the workshop dates on your calendar. You will be contacted in June to complete the final steps to prepare for the July workshop.

In mid-June, you or your student's tuition invoice will arrive via email. To take part in the workshop, you must pay your $449 tuition in full by July 1st. It can be paid by credit card or personal check. At any point, feel free to contact us with any questions. The $100 reservation fee is not a deposit subtracted from your tuition; these are two separate payments.

When you arrive at the workshop, you will be given a lanyard with name tag, folder with schedule, lined paper, staff paper, music, and materials for classes. You must bring your instrument unless you play drums or piano. You will receive your T-shirt on the last day of the workshop. We will take a group photo.
